arini aku nk spend masa skit utk update blog nie wlupun dah keletihan baru blk dr keje.hehe its ok! =) actually tomorrow is the last day for work! haha happy ada sedih pun ada..hehe happy sbb dah bhenti keje, x larat laa keje dapur nie! :P arini 9jam brdiri xsempat nk duduk.. klu ada pun dlm 5mins je pun time xda org ptg td..hmm yelah, arini aku kena handle dapur tuh sorang2 dr kul 3pm -12 midnite.hohoho kul 7-9pm td wktuh pick hour! dlm hati ni, ish3 maghrib2 cmnie xyah la dtg kedai...haha order x putus2 masuk. trpaksa minta Mubin gantikan tmpat aku skejap, nak gi solat maghrib plak. betul gak ckp kakak aku dulu, keje dunia nie xkan habis.. klu kita nak kejar, memang x dapat! sbb keje dunia sntiasa ada je.. lps hbis satu, dtg lg yg laen..kan? so, moral of da story, kita kena luangkan masa gak utk diri kita buat keje akhirat, solat! klu kejar keje dunia je, mmg laa x habis.. hmm :D

OK, then yg aku sedih plak skrg nie sbb x dpt keje laen lg...haha mmg dah cari2 sblum ni tp dah fulled, then ada yg isi borang gak tp xda sapa2 pun call paggil utk keje.haha sabar2.. jumaat nie cari lagi lah, akak amek cuti so, leh jln2 dgn dia smbil2 tuh cari keje lah... keje yg x byk kerenah,haha ke aku yg byk kerenah?haha ntah la.. time buat keje, mmg la aku give fully commitment utk buat keje, tp bila blk umah..mgadu sana sini sakit!hehe skrg ni sakit tapak kaki esp. tumit! sbb byk brdiri..nk buat cmne kan, kena rest laa.. iAllah esk lega la blk kan.hehe :P bila blk rumah, perut plak meminta2..haha lapar! yelah, last mkn arini 12.30 TGHARI.. blk keje 12 TGH MALAM! cmne tuh? nk wat cmne dah x sempat nak mkn..minum je! hmm sabar2 esk pagi kena brksfast gak.. wlupun bulan ni mmg x brksfast pun, terus mrangkap LUNCH. haha lapar mmg lah lapar, tp pkir2 dah tgh mlm tuh yg xnak mkn.. hehe minum2 je lg. lps ni tido jelah..hehe :P

k,la spanjang aku keje 6hari sminggu nie, ada masa cuti kan..so, masa ni lah aku spend masa utk baca novel.. novel?? haha sejak bilalah aku tetiba jd hantu novel.. sbb kan boring/cuti2 sem cmnie buat aku trasa nak baca novel.. so, novel prtama utk minggu prtama : "Andai Itu Takdirnya" pinjam dari Along Fatin.hehe Thanks Along, memang best sgt.. touching kot! ntah brp kali dah mnitis air mata nie..haha feeling habis.. byk part sedih! hehe :P then, 2nd week, pinjam novel lama akak, "Nota Cinta Buatmu". hehe ni pun boleh tahan, best gak! tp xda la sedih mcm novel 1st tadi.. then, last week smbil2 aku kluar cari keje, masuk laa MPH then trasa nak beli novel.haha nak tau, ni FIRST TIME aku beli novel..hohoho "Selagi Ada Dia". hmm best la gak tp xda la smpai myentuh jiwa... best ala gitu2 je.hehe so, dis friday, cari jelah novel2 lama akak..haha xda budget nk beli lg lah..hehe :)

arini aku happy skit..sbb rasanya minggu nie last utk aku keje shift pagi slaen public hols laa..hehe bila buat keje tuh, mmg la mnta sgt spaya Allah sntiasa mmberi kekuatan dan ksabaran dlm diri ini. berikan lah aku kekuatan utk mlakukan keje nie sbaik mgkin..iAllah slagi trdaya diri nie, aku bole lg mgangkat brang2 berat di dapur kedai tuh. klu ikutkan hati sapa yg nak angkat brang2 berat tuh mcm priuk bsar la..tong gas la..hohoho slagi mampu diri la kan..hmm klu next week tukar shift 3pm-12am kot, mmg la smua shift lebih kurang penatnyer.. cuma x spenat shift pagi yg kena setup smua bnda lah, memasak!... klu shift mlm, kena kemas2 dah xda pape sgt. kemas?kemas n simpan brang2 msuk peti ais jelah... cuci tuh cuci nih kan. pagi2 keje dah mandi peluh, haha bila bsuh tgn dgn air, asyik trpkir je..kan best klu dpt mandi dgn air nie...hehe betapa sronoknye bila dapat sentuh, nikmat air tuh..huhu :)

lepas shift mlm, minggu lg satu tukar shift petang plak 12pm-8pm..hehe tuh lg la best, xpyah setup xpyah kemas! hehe topup je apa yg kurang n buat la keje wktu pick hour tuh.hehe senang skit laa.. :P then, aku nak cari keje tmpat laen plak, x sanggup nak msuk shift pagi blk lps tuh! huhu sabtu nih aku cuti, maybe nk cari keje kt kedai buku ke kedai kasut ke...hehe relax skit x sesibuk keje kt dapur yg mcm jd caterer msak sorang2! msak utk stock yg banyak tp buat keje sorang2, igt mudah ke?! haha pandai2 la aku bg reason sminggu sbelum nak kluar dr situ. hehe

tp aku ada sorang kawan baru, nama nyer Sarah, org Alor Setar.. blaja kt Seremban tp praktikal kt Subang Airport.. then buat part time kt kedai mkn ni juz utk weekend jelah. so, aku dapat jumpa dia sabtu n ahad jelah. best kan ada kawan? sbb klu dipkirkan aku lah sorang prmpuan Melayu trakhir kt kdai tuh, sbb smua prmpuan yg keje kt situ smua Indon laa..haha bila sarah ada baru rasa mcm ada kwn, sbb ktorang sbaya...hmm tp bila pkir psal keje hari2, terus tukar mood.. x mampu nak teruskan. ntah lah, x smpai sbulan keje mcm2 dah sakit, mlecur sna sini, luka sna sni tgn nih.. aduyaii bukan xtau buat keje, cuma scara x sngaja, kalut2 pegang pisau time pick hour, luka calar2 je, xda la darah pun..huhu :P mlecur tuh xyah ckp la, dah handled bnda2 pnas mcm sup panas, periuk panas lah.. hmm

Then, smlm puas sgt tido..hehe actually trlebih tido! bdan penat sgt kot, smpai x sedar..haha dr kul 8pm-6am (10jam) haha :P dah psang alarm kul 9 nak bangun gi amek nephew kt tuisyen, tp ntah la ngantok sgt, x bangun2... smpai la pagi td trkejut dgn ketukan pintu, kakak kejut! Ya Allah dah 6.07am!! ni dah lambat nie..cepat2 bangun n siap2 mndi..jln pun mlelong yelah bangun scara mngejut.. otak pun mcm x betul sgt msa tuh, bila dah sarapan skit pg td baru ok skit.hehe

org ckp keje kedai mkn tuh, lama2 berat bdn naek lah... xtau lah.huhu seram je dgr, yelah smua bhan mkanan kt situ mmg brlemak n tinggi kolestrol! aku sndiri dok dapur tuh x brani nak mkn sgt..nk mkn daging pun xnak laa..huhu aku sndiri yg msak sup tuh tau brp sukatan lemak lembu dmsukkan dlm tuh..huhu errr no comment! hanya mengikut arahan,ok.haha spanjang keje kt situ aku mkn x ikut time dah..pagi2 brkfast kt umah dulu, roti ke ape ke sbb klu dah start buat keje dapur tuh, mmg x sempat nk mkan tau!pagi2 goreng kuih, amek la skit 2 biji tp nak mkn ntah bila, kdang2 kul 11am baru sntuh kuih tuh, kdang2 tghari or ptg... xda masa nk dduk n mkn..hmm telan air je byk2 smpai kenyang sbb dahaga sgt,panas.. air lebih pnting dr mkn! hehe sbelum blk kul 3ptg tuh, kdang2 aku mkn skit nasi ayam ke bubur ke...kdang2 xmkn pun terus blk, mkn kt umah kakak msak lg best, dok situ xlalu nak tgk smuanya brasaskan lembu tau! tulang, perut, paru, ekor, urat, pipi, lidah.. mcm2 lah yg aku x prnah mkn pun slama nie! hohoho biarlah org laen yg mkn, bukan aku yg mkn...haha rasanye klu terus keje kt situ brat bdn mkin turun kot, sbb x sempat2 nak mkn pun.huhu :D

So, esok jumaat kedai buka petang smpai mlm..msuk keje kul 2pm. ok lah! sabtu cuti..ngee ~~ :P

ahad keje pagi leh jumpa Sarah lah..hehe dlm msa yg sma excited nak cari keje laen. hehe iAllah ada lah rezeki kt mna2 kan =)

Pagi nie aku ada buat kesalahan..yess aku mngaku dat was my mistake.hmm salah procedure msak nasi..hehe jgn trgelak plak. bukan x reti msak cuma masa tuh kalut buat mcm2 keje!! haha smpai trlupa kt nasi yg perlu ditambah sukatan air...kui3 tau jd ape? hangit lah... panic laa jadinya! cuma ada bau, rasa OK je..hehe nasib baek lah nasi tuh mnjadi OK :D

mmg kena tegur dgn 'supervisor' tuh la... pedih gak dgr tp buat xtau je, kang skit hati plak.. tp aku trima sbb tuh slah sndiri kan.. "Berangan je tau, org laen mimpi time tido, ni X, smbung mimpi smpai pagi!" huhu dia xtau betapa busy kt dapur wktu pagi...hmm terima jelah.. iAllah pasnie x buat dah..biasa la tuh budak baru blaja kan. setiap org msti pernah buat ksalahan kan?? :D

alhamdulillah semuanya baik2 belaka arini... lps bgun dr tido pg td, smua stress smlm dah hilang. juz think +ve je if anything dat may be happen today. huhu mubin dah explain kt 'dia'. so, OK lah..lgpun arini dia xda ckp pape dgn aku..huhu alhamdulillah.

shift 12-8pm arini, xpenat sgt..sbb xpyah setup pagi2, n xpyah kemas2 utk ttup kdai kul 12am.hehe mmg semangat buat keje arini. sbb x rasa any pressure pun.. bdan dah x sakit sangat, mungkin dah biasa skit2 kot.. pastu ada kwn2 di dapur, time free bole borak2. hmm tp bila time busy, mmg x smpat buat ape dah..hehe bil bratur pnjang je...haha

O.T sejam je arini, wlupun tadi mmg byk order, semangat nak buat keje igt kot smpai kul 10pm. mubin plak ajak blk kul 9 nak tgk bola ktanya..hmm yelah2 x sabar2 smpai, dia tlg angkat beg aku n tggu dlm kreta.ish3

Arini jumaat June 10, sepatutnya aku dah applied cuti shari..so, dr tghari aku kluar brsama Iman n Azmi gerak ke uitm, asalnye, nk swimming kul 12 tp my sis ada byk keje kt office, so cancelled laa..huhu so, after lunch brtiga, Azmi dropped aku n Iman kt uitm sbb nak gi solat Jumaat.OK lah aku n Iman lepak kt bilik my sis dulu...hehe aku layan novel plak! x sabar nk hasbiskan..baca dr mlm smlm smpai arini dah 3/4 aku khatam.. :P

Iman's fav - Kinder garden..opps Kinder bueno! :P

then, after Jumaat aku n Iman kluar jln2 kt S.A n da most imprtant thing, wajib mkn Oreo McFlurry huhu dah lama x mkn, mengidam plak! sih..haha so, blanja la si bdak gurl ni sorang..lepak2 kt McD smpai kul 5, pick up Azmi plak kt uitm.. then, ktorang gerak ke rumah abg aku di Klang. ntah ape la projek diorang nk buat antra Azmi & abg aku tuh.. ampaian automatik?? fuhh dahsyat bunyi nyer itu..haha nway gudluck u all..

Suddenly, aku dpt msg psal schedule keje esk..sptotnya aku n mubin nak shift pg, sbb ptg nk gi umah maktok kt K.L tp ktorang dpt shift ptg.. then bila aku reply msg tuh, he said, " Ini bkaitan keje..kta ada shift..pkir rkan laen skali..org laen pon ada kg.. sy x blh pkir psal korang jerk.. awk n mubin kenalah ikt peraturan gak.. nape ari nie x dtg??"trsentak aku dgn soklan itu...

How come dia xtau aku dah applied cuti for today?? trus aku tnya mubin citer sbenar.. rupa2nya mubin LUPA nak informed him last 2 days. memang tersirap darah aku naek lah! aku dah x keruan..rasa takut!! dats my fault if ini dikira ponteng keje.. baru keje x smpai sminggu dah buat hal! aku bukan takut dia tapi aku takut nak menahan telinga dengan bahasa-bahasa PEDAS dr dia. tau la mulut tuh mcm laser..laju je ckp, xtau nak tapis langsung! He's supervisor kt kedai tuh, n blagak big boss kt situ! huhu wlupun ko tuh dah lama keje,.I think after SPM kot dia dah keje..tp pls la respect org laen sama.. ko tuh muda dr aku, xpyah la brlagak smacam..meluat aku tgk, tp aku tetap sabar! dah bbrapa kali aku trpaksa memekakkan telinga n xnak layan sgt apa yg dia prnah ckp dpan aku.. kang aku yang terasa, yelah memang aku sorang yg sensitif (sifat ank bongsu) hmm...

then, aku paksa mubin call him n bg xplaination.. aku dah pesan kt mubin last 2days, but he forgot! bengang gak masa tuh.. memang aku xtahan dah masa tuh, smua aku try utk lepaskan dr jiwa yg betol2 x tnteram...im too emotional! nangis? dats my way.. ok memang aku x suka dgn sikap 'mamat' tuh yg tunjuk bgus sgt..hmm tgk la smpai bila aku dpt brtahan.. sebulan or lebih? wait n see jelah.. huhuhu :P

Hmm actually, nie ari ke-2 aku dah mula bkerja di restoren.memang penat x dpt dinafikan!haha yg x tahan sgt tuh sbb sakit2 badan, yelah smentara nk biasakan diri kan. semua keje memang la penat kan, tapi aku juz nak share xperient keje bhgian dapur nie..huhu minggu nie aku kena keje di sbelah pagi (7am-3pm) hohoho dari pg dah kena setup smua benda, masak tuh masak nie..adoii mmg la x kesah sgt, tp sbb kna angkat brang berat2 tuh yg aku x tahan.. tp apa kan daya, hehe dah namanye keje kedai mkn, mmg lah penat kan?! :P

actually, juz nak share gmbar2 smasa aku gi hantar abgDib ke jeti Kuala Perlis ari sabtu lepas, aku brsama dgn kakcik Yah n adek Haikal.. boat kul 7pm, so sblum tuh ktorang singgah mkn dlu tepi laut, k bukan pantai.. fuhh angin bukan maen kuat!! bukan angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa dah nie..angin laut lah! hehe

Then, ari ahad lepas aku dah gerak blk shah alam..sbb nak start keje smlm Isnin kan..hehe naek bas kul 12.30pm...nak tau smpai sini kul brp?? 10.30pm..hohoho 10jam tuh! slalunya 6-7jam dah smpai sptotnya la...tp ntah la nape highway tuh jam smacam... maybe sbb school hols kot! pakat2 smua nk blk K.L sbb Isnin nk msuk keje..so, ahad kalut blk..n myebabkan highway jam! mmg geram sgt... bila la nk smpai kan.hehe ;)

k,la alhamdulillah dah selamat tiba..dan dah start keje... n dapat sakit2 bdan sana sini, esp sakit pinggang! nsib baek ada kerusi urut Gintel, balik2 dok kt situ smpai 45mins, skit pinggang sgt2..huhu k,smpai dsini shj... :D

Men More Stressed than Women in Traffic Jam

Actually, I'm interested in this topic. So, I'd like to share it with all... I got this article from the internet..hehe =)

AMSTERDAM: They may be the butt of chauvinist jokes but it seems women drivers could end up having the last laugh, according to new research by satnav firm TomTom.

That's because men's stress levels soar a staggering seven times higher than a woman's when stuck in heavy traffic.

Psychologists tested volunteers for the rise in stress chemicals in their saliva when caught up in a traffic jam. (The research measured levels in the saliva of Immunoglobulin A, an immune system marker and alpha-amylase, a stress marker).

The levels for women in the study increased by 8.7 per cent while stuck behind the wheel - but for men it shot up by a worrying 60 per cent in the same gridlock scenario.

That could be unhealthy as it puts pressure on the heart and can cause dizziness and breathing problems yet remarkably, many had no idea they were suffering from stress.

Two thirds of the women (67 per cent) and half (50 per cent) of the men reported not feeling any stress after 20 minutes in heavy traffic, even though the readings proved they were.

Almost half of all adults (48 per cent) commute to work by car on a daily basis and those who are exposed to constant traffic jams could eventually fall to stress-related health problems.

It may also make their driving erratic and potentially dangerous, said health psychologist David Moxon.

Men could get more stressed because their normal reaction to a difficult situation is known as 'fight or flight' - which means either confront it or walk away from it.

However, stuck behind the wheel in motionless traffic does not leave them either option so they sit and fume.

Women, on the other hand, cope better using methods as simple as singing to the radio to relieve the pressure.

David Moxon said: "These findings make good evolutionary sense. Men, in particular, show a strong acute physiological fight or flight response".

Corinne Vigreux, Managing Director, Consumer at TomTom added: "Many drivers see traffic congestion as a necessary evil.

"But this research proves that we have an obligation to challenge this line of thinking. As announced in our Traffic Manifesto last September, we pledge to use our unique technology and our driving community to reduce traffic congestion by 5% for everyone".

A global survey of 10,000 drivers for TomTom showed 72 per cent drove on a daily basis and 86 per cent felt traffic had a negative impact on their lives.

Whilst 77% of British drivers listen to music and 23% sing to themselves to make better use of time when stuck in traffic, ways of coping also include making phone calls (16%), eating/drinking (20%) and even putting on make-up or shaving (3%) - all of which can be dangerous.

Road congestion on the way to an important appointment is more stressful than going to the dentist and the favourite song to drive to is "I Want To Break Free" by Queen.
